  • General Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Subscription through Vendor routes are available in selected Pincodes of your area and surroundings. Based on the offer selection and Pincode entered, the subscriber will be informed about his/her eligibility for that particular offer.
  • 2. Subscription will start only on realization of payment and after receiving the Vendor Information Coupon (VIC) through your Vendor. ABP shall not be responsible for any non receipt of the Vendor Information Coupon (VIC) from the Vendors.
  • 3. To start the renewal subscription on the following day/issue after the expiry of the current subscription, the online renewal is to be done 15 days before the expiry date of the current subscription. In case the subscriber wishes to renew his/her subscription offline, the cheque alongwith the Renewal Form should reach us 20 days before the lapse of his/her current subscription. Ongoing subscriptions cannot be clubbed and / or replaced with the current offers till the time of expiry of the current subscriptions.
  • 4. Redemption coupons will be delivered through courier subject to us receiving the Vendor Information Coupon (VIC) timely and the subsequent implementation of the subscription order. Redemption Coupons once delivered will not be replaced if lost or misplaced.
  • 5. Multiple subscriptions of the same offer or third party subscription will not be allowed.
  • 6. If subscriber wants to change the registered mailing address, he/ she will have to furnish a letter requesting the change and a photocopy of the latest address proof for the new address (which must be in the name of the subscriber). Such documents (address proof) can be a telephone/ mobile bill, electricity bill, driving license, ration card, passport, purchase/ rent/ lease agreement or voter id card which should be sent to us at the address mentioned in the subscription website. You can also mail your request at the concerned email id provided in the subscription website with the scanned copy of the address proof as mentioned above.
  • 7. If the Subscriber wants to change the Name under which the subscription order has been booked, he/she has to furnish a letter stating the new Name and provide photocopy of the relationship proof/ affidavit. You can also mail your request at the concerned email id provided in the subscription website with the scanned copy of the relationship proof as mentioned above.
  • 8. Alteration in Hawker or Centre information can be done by sending across a letter by providing the Vendor Name, Sub Vendor Name (if any) and the Centre Name. The letter should be sent to the concerned address mentioned in the subscription website in a sealed envelope super scribed with the subject. Alternately, the request can be sent via an Email at the concerned email id provided in the subscription website.
  • 9. To improve the quality of services, ABP Pvt Ltd. may make follow-up calls to its valued subscribers for their feedback. Objections if any, to such calls may be sent via Email at the concerned email id provided in the subscription website.
  • 10. ABP Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to reject a subscription at its discretion.
  • 11. In the event of any partial payment and / or cancelled transaction and / or partial transaction and / or any other reason where the transaction could not be completed the subscription shall not be effected.
  • 12. ABP shall not be responsible for delay and / or cancellation of the subscription in the event of any wrong information provided by the subscriber at the time of registration and / or payment.
  • 13. The payment for subscription through an online process is not within the direct control of ABP. Hence ABP shall not be liable for any loss and / or damage that the subscriber may suffer any time during the process of the online transaction.
  • 14. ABP hereby reserves the right to change and / or alter and / or modify the design, layout, pages, look and feel and / or any other aspect of its products under subscription offers and further reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any point of time without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • 15.ABP may time to time offer certain surprise gifts and / or prizes to subscribers, however, the method and mode of selection of the recipient of the gifts shall be at the sole discretion of ABP and ABP Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for the quality and / or service of the gifts being received by the subscribers.
  • 16. ABP reserves the right to change and / or alter and / or amend these terms and conditions without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • 17. ABP Pvt Ltd. shall not be responsible for non-supply of subscribed newspapers during the subscription period due to reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  • 18. Disputes, if any, would be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction. 
  • 19. Your participation in the online process shall be a deemed acceptance of the aforesaid terms and conditions and you shall be bound by the same.
  • Submission of Photo ID & Address Proof

  • 1. You are requested to submit scanned copy of your Valid Photo Id and Address proof while renewing your subscription or purchasing a new subscription. This is a one-time activity and next submissions are to be made in case of change in address. You may send the documents to us through Email at sub.help@abp.in or Whatsapp the same to us at 7603086372. This will be required solely for our verification purpose, so that we can process your subscription.
  • 2. Kindly mention your registered contact number in the subject of the mail so that we can connect the same with your account.
  • 3. In case of WhatsApp, please mention the same in the body of the message.
  • Web Special Discounts

  • 1. Subscribers renewing their subscriptions online may be eligible for a 'Web Special Discount'.The exact amount of discount available and applied will be clearly displayed against the offer, during the online renewal process.
  • 2. ABP Management reserves the right to modify or remove the 'Web Special Discounts' at their discretion without any prior notice.
  • Club Solitaire

  • 1. The Club Solitaire membership programme offerings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged against cash.
  • 2. ABP Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee or vouch for the quality or quantity of services in lieu of the membership card and/or voucher and/or coupon.
  • 3. In event of business closure of any Club Solitaire partner location, ABP will not be held responsible for the discontinuation of the offering at the partner location.
  • 4. ABP Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for the discontinuation of any discount/offer.
  • 5. Club Solitaire membership can only be availed with a subscription and cannot be availed separately.
  • 6. Kindly read the Club Solitaire Kit carefully upon receipt of the same for terms and conditions.
